March 4
Debbie Fier will be leading the March Workshop, focusing on the rhythms of the middle east and n. africa.
This class is open to everyone and all levels.
Come have fun as we tap, snap and clap together – warming up our bodies and spirits with body percussion, the drum we carry around with us all the time! We will learn and play with drum technique and strokes as well as various rhythms on doumbek, bendir/frame drum and riqq (egyptian tambourine). All drums are welcome!
Come drum in circle, experience and enjoy the incredible power of the drum in a wonderful supportive community setting!
Bring a drum if you have one – extra drums will be provided on a first come first serve basis…
